In this week’s special Who To Watch episode we are joined by Aiyah Josiah-Faeduwor the Assistant Manager of Bintimani, a restaurant new to the Providence food scene that will serve West African food as well as ​​invite guest chefs and pop-up vendors to use the kitchen and sell their food from the space. In addition to discussing his journey to PVD, Aiyah, Nick and Sascha also talk about Aiyah’s nonprofit dismantl which helps businesses get the certifications and licenses they need and put together a business model, as well as providing access to resources and capital to establish themselves.
